Scope of services

Deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are defined in the written proposal shared with you. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before work begins.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access, approvals, brand assets and accurate business information. Delays in approvals may shift delivery timelines.

You confirm that any content you supply is lawful and that you hold the rights required for us to publish it on your behalf.

Fees and payment

Retainers are billed in advance for each cycle unless agreed otherwise. Advertising budgets are separate from service fees and are paid directly to the ad platform or reimbursed at cost.

Late payment may result in work being paused until the account is settled.

Results and expectations

We commit to professional execution and transparent reporting. Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control — including platform algorithms, market conditions and your own operations — so specific results are not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

On full payment, final delivered creative produced for your brand belongs to you. Internal tools, templates, frameworks and working files remain the property of Attri Solutions.

We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Work completed up to the end date remains payable.
